beautiful lobby helpful staff room upgrade heated pool
The hotel's lobby is beautiful. I found the staff very warming and helpful. I even received a room upgrade (which was a nice surprise). The heated pool was great.
The switch for the light above the bar was hard to find. I wish they would address this issue.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bed featured high-quality sheets and pillows. I found the shower and sink to be of very high quality (very fancy).

very nice Hotel Stay
elegant room helpful staff
the room was large and beautifully decorated. it had amazing sound isolation, so I heard no noise from the elevator despite being close by. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted with train tickets to vienna.
i found the light switch above the bar difficult to locate. I ended up sleeping with the light on for a while. the hotel should provide pain relief after a bad night!

the breakfast staff was good and attentive, providing efficient service. the hotel restaurant offered delicious food with good recommendations from the concierge. there were options available even for particular dietary needs.
